Job Title: IT Procurement Executive
Location: Remote

The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization. The role involves vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and onboard new vendors
- Track and manage order deliveries, ensuring timelines are met
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, warehouse, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of procurement processes and inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
