Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with deep expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms to lead large-scale cloud migration and application modernization initiatives. This role demands strong technical leadership, delivery governance, and client-facing capabilities to drive seamless cloud adoption while ensuring scalability, security, and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration programs across AWS and Azure, including data center exits, legacy modernization, and cloud-native transformation.
• Own full delivery lifecycle including presales support, planning, execution, governance, risk management, and client reporting.
• Provide technical and architectural oversight, ensuring alignment with cloud, security, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
• Build and manage migration roadmaps, delivery milestones, dependencies, and multi-level Definitions of Done (DoD).
• Act as the primary delivery leader and client interface, managing stakeholder expectations, budgets, CRs, and escalations.
• Lead hybrid and distributed delivery teams, ensuring effective staffing, capacity planning, and performance management.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in AWS and Azure cloud migration.
• Proven experience in application development led cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience delivering programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

• AWS or Azure Cloud Certification (Foundational or higher)
• PMP / Scrum Master / PMI-ACP or equivalent delivery certifications
