Job Title: Sales Manager - Luxury Brand (Mid to Senior Level)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for a premium luxury brand in the Delhi area. This role is essential in driving end-to-end branding and sales initiatives, ensuring that our luxury products are positioned effectively in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in institutional sales and a passion for luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence for luxury products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align branding strategies with sales initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA or Design degree from a premium institution.
- 5 to 15 years of proven experience in institutional sales, specifically within the luxury brand sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing large budgets.
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles as they relate to luxury products.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the luxury goods market, with a solid network of contacts within relevant industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
