Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Candidates must have experience in the interior products segment
- Should have exposure to working with architects and interior designers
- Candidates from channel sales or dealer/distributor backgrounds will not be considered
Preferred candidate profile
- Handle outside sales activities and client acquisition
- Conduct product presentations and meetings with architects and interior designers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit MIS reports on sales activities and performance
- Manage collections and ensure timely payments from clients
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and in field sales roles
