Qual: Any Graduate
Experience: 2 Year of Experience in Hospital or Hotels
Job Description:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out support
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and public areas
- Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and concierge teams
- Assist VIP guests and ensure personalized service
- Monitor guest movement and ensure smooth lobby operations
- Support bell desk and reception during peak hours
- Ensure proper guest information and documentation handling
- Promote a positive guest experience and uphold hotel standards
- Report issues and updates to the Front Office Manager or Supervisor
Skills:
