About the roleWe are looking for a visionary Lead Architect with over 15 years of experience to join our Integration delivery team. In this role, you will be a strategic leader responsible for designing and delivering complex, large-scale integration, cloud-native environments. You will drive the architectural vision for our clients, ensuring high-performance, secure, and cost-optimized digital transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Strategy & Leadership: Define and drive the end-to-end architectural roadmap for digital integration, application modernization, and cloud-native adoption.
Cloud & Application Modernization: Lead the migration of monolithic legacy applications to microservices-based, containerised (Docker/Kubernetes) architectures on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
AI / ML Solution Engineering: Design and implement AI-based solutions, including Generative AI patterns (RAG, agent workflows) vector databases, and prompt engineering and enhance business processes.
Design the end-to-end ML lifecycle (MLOps), covering data ingestion, model training, deployment, and automated retraining workflows.
Build AI-enabled applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering
FinOps & Cost Governance: Establish and oversee FinOps frameworks to optimize cloud spend, ensuring that architectural decisions align with financial efficiency and business value.
Application & SaaS Integration: Design of robust API-led and event-driven integration frameworks using tools like MuleSoft, Apigee, Tibco or Kafka.
SaaS integration strategies for major platforms (Salesforce, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) using iPaaS and Unified APIs.
Enforce best practices for multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including OAuth 2.0 and secure identity management.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, translating complex technical requirements into strategic business outcomes.
Mentorship & Governance: Establish architectural standards and mentor a high-performing team of architects and engineers.
About youExperience: Minimum 15+ years in IT, with at least 8 years in a Lead/Principal Architect role focused on Digital Integration and Cloud.
Cloud Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Cloud Architecture (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and multi-cloud strategies.
Modernization Depth: Proven track record in Application Modernization, including refactoring legacy systems into microservices and serverless architectures.
AI/ML Skills: Practical experience in delivering production-grade AI-enabled solutions, with knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, and AI-native data integration.
FinOps Proficiency: Strong understanding of FinOps principles, including cost modeling, forecasting, and resource optimization.
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field.
