Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation, verification, and certification of contractor RA bills for high-rise projects (minimum 30 floors).
Certification and cross-verification of MEP bills along with civil bills.
Preparation and review of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) as per drawings and site requirements.
Quantity take-off from drawings and BOQ.
Rate analysis and estimation for civil and MEP works.
Coordination with site, planning, and purchase teams for bill validation.
Checking measurements at site and maintaining billing records.
Reconciliation of quantities with BOQ and work orders.
Ensuring accuracy in billing as per contract terms and work progress.
Maintaining proper documentation and MIS related to billing.

Key Requirements:

Experience in billing of high-rise buildings (minimum 30 floors).
Strong knowledge of MEP bill certification.
Proficiency in BBS preparation and quantity surveying.
Good understanding of estimation and rate analysis.
Hands-on experience with drawings, BOQ, and billing software/Excel.
