Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale, end-to-end SAP implementation programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP delivery, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments while ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage large, complex SAP programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure with a strong focus on quality and governance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring high performance and delivery excellence.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across all levels, including senior leadership and C-level executives.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and organizational standards in SAP delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1215+ years of experience in IT project implementation, with 810 years specifically in SAP end-to-end implementations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, leading large and complex SAP project teams.
- Strong expertise in SAP implementation across multiple modules; experience with other ERP platforms like Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex transformation programs.
- Strong business acumen with consulting mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including handling escalations and engaging with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
