Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in Low Code / No Code platforms and MEAN Stack technologies. The ideal candidate will lead architecture (HLD/LLD), development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while mentoring development teams and driving best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable applications on low-code/no-code platforms
- Drive High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for end-to-end systems
- Manage and mentor developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Business teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
- Design and integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Implement automated testing strategies and ensure product quality
- Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Angular, Node.js, and Low Code platforms
Required Skills
- 812 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 5+ years of MEAN Stack experience (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Expertise in HLD, LLD, and system architecture design
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Experience with Angular (10+) and component-based architecture
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB query optimization
- Proficiency in Git / version control systems
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
