Job Description

Job Purpose

• Responsible for technical management of identified projects taken up by Enterprise Factory Bangalore team.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical management of integration of identified systems with NB and MB Apps
• Responsible to drive design and SI by working with the architecture teams and relevant project teams within IT and BSG
• Responsible for planning the SI work, tracking progress and providing design and implementation support
• Responsible for technical management of tasks, dependencies across multiple applications
• Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project

Key Skills

• Strong technology background on Java, React, Node, Sprint Boot etc.
• Strong background of deploying applications on the Cloud
• Strong Application development and project management background
• Agile and Digital delivery experience is a must
• Strong Project Management experience
• Operate effectively in a matrix structure
• Ability to prepare detailed project plans anticipating all the activities in the project
• Allocate tasks to team members, monitor and track progress
• Be proactive, open and honest in communicating with management as well as client
• Ability to discuss and gather requirements from the business and provide solutions
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Ability to prepare comprehensive status reports, perform management reviews
