Brief on the Key Competencies & Responsibilities
Project Manager (Transition & PMO Focus) :We are looking for experienced Project Managers with a strong background in driving Transitions, managing crossfunctional stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of complex programs.
Key Competencies & Responsibilities
1. Transition Management Excellence
- Proven experience in handling endtoend transitions across domains and geographies.
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure adherence to schedules, deliverables, and agreed project/program objectives.
- Capable of managing Leadership expectations, providing clear visibility on progress, gaps, and mitigation plans.
2. Demand Planning & Workforce Management
- Skilled in demand forecasting, planning, and adjusting projections based on priority changes.
- Driving effective demand sharing, tracking, and communication with all stakeholders.
- Close coordination with the Talent Acquisition team for timely recruitment and staffing.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management (Project Context)
- Managing project resources from onboarding engagement domain training KT training KT completion feedback cycles.
- Ensuring structured knowledge transfer and readiness for steady-state handover.
4. Governance & Process Implementation
- Implementing project governance frameworks including cadences, reviews, processes, and closeout activities with documented feedback.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records, trackers, and repositories.
5. Stakeholder & Leadership Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage global stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and accountability.
- Preparing and presenting Weekly & Monthly dashboards/decks for Domain Managers and Steering Committees.
6. Risk Management & Forward Visibility
- Driving proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks.
- Ensuring clear visibility into 306090-day planning, resource dependencies, and anticipated bottlenecks.
7. Tools & Methodologies
- Handson experience working as an Agile Coach or in Agile environments.
- Proficient in key PM tools such as JIRA, SharePoint
