Job Title: French Language Customer Service Executive (voice process)

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Description:

We are looking for a French Language Customer Service Expert who can effectively handle customer queries and provide excellent support in the French language. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling vendor queries and provide support in French language
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company processes and service standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

• French Language Proficiency Level B2 Certified (Mandatory)
• 612 months of Customer Service experience required
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Graduation is not mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 6 month experience in BPO is mandatory
