Role Details

Engage in open market sales and marketing activities to generate business. Manage a team of acquisition managers and generate business from them.

Overall Job Description

Sourcing customers for Personal Loans from respective branches/ partners/ channels.
Meeting customers to generate business opportunities thereby generating revenue for the Bank.
Meeting and engaging with branch resources/ ADMs/ partners etc and generating PL sales from them.
Ensure proper processing of loan applications as per Banks policy.
Address customer queries and provide complete service during the loan process.
Identifying new business opportunities in their respective geographies.
Engage in open market sales and marketing activities to generate business.
Manage a team of acquisition managers and generate business from them.
