Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced E/M Coders to accurately review and assign medical codes for patient records. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with coding guidelines while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for evaluation and management services
• Review and interpret medical records, diagnostic reports, and minor procedure documentation
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain high accuracy levels (95% and above) and meet productivity targets
• Work with EHR systems and coding tools efficiently

Requirements:

• 23 years of relevant coding experience (certification not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Experience with EHR and coding software
• Life sciences or related educational background preferred

Work Schedule: Day shift / Flexible working hours
