Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to drive motor insurance sales through outbound and inbound calling. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable motor insurance solutions to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries for motor insurance products (Car & Two-Wheeler).
- Explain product features, benefits, and policy details clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales to meet assigned targets.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Minimum HSC required).
- 0 to 3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or sales domain.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of motor insurance products (preferred).
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Daily call volume and conversion ratio.
- Revenue / premium generated.
- Customer retention and renewal rates.
- Quality of customer interaction.
