Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management and excellent analytical skills.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Manage and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process implementation.

  • Monitor and report on process performance metrics.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes or improvements.
