Short Description of the Job Profile:
1.Required candidate should have BE/B.tech in Electrical Engineering 2.Should have min 12-15 years of relevant experience as the position requires
3.Possession of Electrical supervisor license by CEIG, Karnataka will be of added advantage.
Job Description of Manager -Electrical
Job Description:
- Supervise and manage the overall performance of elect department
- Responsible for overall functioning & uninterrupted Power supply to plant.
- Should have a hands-on experience in Operation & maintenance of DG, Transformer, PCC & MCC
- Should be able to lead a team of engineers for ensuring the Smooth operations of Electrical dept. Well versed with relevant guidelines like cGMP, ISPE, USFDA, ASME and ISO etc.
- Will be independently dealing with the Auditors, Vendors, Suppliers, and internal resources. Knowledge of site execution, installation & commissioning, is value added.
- Responsible for running of all activities related to department and to create a good interface with other department.
- To ensure regular and annual PM of equipment as per schedule / to ensure all breakdowns are attended on priority.
- Accountable for handling of manpower, equipment, and spare. Ensure safe and efficient operation. Should have zeal to lead and guide the team.
- Day to day monitoring the Power consumptions.
- To plan and execute the CAPEX requirement.
- To conduct periodic checks related to energy losses in production blocks and ensure for no losses.
- To ensure and comply with cGMP guidelines
- Conducting periodic training to the sub ordinates related to cGMP and energy conservation.
- Identification of energy conservation program to reduce the Power consumption
- To make MIS report on monthly basis for department.
- To check the electrical safety related to the plant and HT/LT installations etc.
- Responsible for the New Electrical projects expansion and installation of the equipments
- Manage the daily activities of the COGEN plant electrical related issues/problems and breakdowns.
- Should be part of employee selection, career development, succession planning and periodic training to elect team
