Job Description


We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth in AI-led services. This is a hunter role focused on opening new accounts, building pipeline from scratch, and closing high-value deals.

The ideal candidate brings strong market credibility, a powerful network, and a proven ability to convert relationships into businessespecially in AI, digital transformation, and product engineering services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition for AI-led and product engineering solutions
  • Leverage existing client relationships and networks to generate immediate pipeline
  • Open strategic accounts and secure quick wins in SMB and enterprise segments
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting consultative selling negotiation closure
  • Position AI, automation, and engineering services as business transformation drivers
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline across India and US markets
  • Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders for strategic deal closures
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for winning proposals

Must-Have Requirements

  • 15-20 years of B2B IT services / technology sales experience
  • Strong track record in solution selling (AI / Digital / Product Engineering)
  • Proven ability in new logo acquisition and 01 revenue growth
  • Strong network and ability to open doors quickly
  • Experience in SMB sales (primary focus); enterprise exposure is a plus
  • Exposure to India and/or US markets
  • Consistent achievement of aggressive revenue targets
