Responsibilities:
- Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.
- Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Identify denial reason and work on resolution.
- Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.
- Candidates must be comfortable with calling on denied claims.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline a recognized educational institute.
Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)
