Job Description
Operations Support Manager (Supply Chain Management SD MM - SAP Consulatnt )
Location - Ghansoli .
Salary - 25K to 38K
Immediate joiners only can apply
(Any Notice period will not be Considerable)
Male only
Key Responsibilities :
a. Ticket Resolution :
1. Provide Resolution on the Technical / Non-Technical cases raised in the portal by SCM Users.
2. Coordinate with IT, FCnA, Operations and P&C team for issue resolution.
3. Weekly & Monthly analysis of cases: Nature of cases, Trend Analysis etc.
4. Provide Permanent fix / resolution on the Repetitive cases (RCA and RCF).
b. System UAT & New Developments :
1. Prepare BRD for system developments basis the issues logged in portal.
2. Conduct UAT and propose system developments or changes in the existing process.
3. Work closely with IT and G&I teams to develop reports for measurable KPIs.
4. Identify risk and provide GAP analysis.
c.KPI / SLA Monitoring :
1. Work with Ops Team in identifying key KPIs and link them with business objectives.
2. Convert all the Key KPIs (function wise, role wise) and find out mechanism to quantify them.
3. Develop Scorecards to measure the Operational performance.
Domain knowledge on Supply Chain Management / Logistics
Ready to work 6 days a week.
Should have worked on SAP LE/ SD/ MM, with 4/5 years of experience with at least one in support project.
Should have worked and supported in the implementation of WMS / LE module.
Should possess good knowledge of Master Data Management, Procure to Pay cycle in SAP
SAP Certification in SD ( Sales and Distribution) or MM ( Materials Management) with domain knowledge of Transportation / Logistics.
SAP MM EXPERTISE Materials Management Expertise includes Configuration and Customization of :
MM-Enterprise Structure: Plant, Storage Location, Purchasing Organization, Purchasing Group.
MM-Master Data: Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Record, Source List, Quota Arrangement.
MM-Purchasing: P2P Cycle, Release Strategy, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Sub- Contracting, Consignment, Stock Transport Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Logistic Invoice verification.
MM-Inventory Management: Goods Receipt, Goods Issues, Reservations, Stock Transfer, Transfer Postings, Physical Inventory and Reservations.
Special Procurements: Stock Transfer Order, Sub-Contracting, Consignment and Pipeline. Having Integration Knowledge of MM with SD, PP and Fl Split Valuation
