Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn & networking channels
  
• Screen, shortlist & conduct initial interviews
  
• Manage salary negotiations & offer rollouts
  
• Ensure candidate engagement & joining closure
  
• Coordinate and manage bulk hiring & walk-in drives
  
• Maintain strong client interaction & feedback loop
  
• Build and manage talent pipeline for ongoing requirements
  

Requirements:

• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
  
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Target-driven mindset with ability to handle bulk hiring
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing & job portals
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
