Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn & networking channels
- Screen, shortlist & conduct initial interviews
- Manage salary negotiations & offer rollouts
- Ensure candidate engagement & joining closure
- Coordinate and manage bulk hiring & walk-in drives
- Maintain strong client interaction & feedback loop
- Build and manage talent pipeline for ongoing requirements
Requirements:
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with ability to handle bulk hiring
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing & job portals
- Immediate joiners preferred
