Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy HR Recruiter who can manage large-scale hiring drives and deliver quick closures. The role requires strong execution skills, speed, and the ability to handle high-volume recruitment under strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle mass hiring / bulk recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
- Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, references, and social media
- Conduct telephonic screening and quick shortlisting
- Organize and manage walk-in drives, campus drives, and job fairs
- Ensure daily interview line-ups and closures against targets
- Maintain recruitment pipeline and database
- Coordinate with internal teams for fast interview turnaround
- Drive joining conversions and follow-ups
- Track daily/weekly hiring numbers, MIS, and reports
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- 14 years experience in mass hiring / volume hiring / bulk recruitment
- Strong ability to close positions quickly
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with target-driven environment
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in BPO / Education / Sales hiring
- Exposure to field recruitment and local hiring drives
- Strong network for quick sourcing
