Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Non-IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT roles.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback.
- Negotiate salary and close positions within defined TAT.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure good candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
