Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web services (AWS)
• Manage core AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, Cloud watch)
• Hands-on experience in building scalable backend services using Node.js with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-grade code.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and operational teams to ensure seamless deployments and runtime stability
• Design and manage contact solution using Amazon connect.
• Integrate connect with Lambda, Lex bots and external system (CRM, API)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar)
• Familiarity with Amazon lex, Lambda integration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, and SQS
• Proven expertise in designing and developing serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, including event-driven and API-based integrations.
