Job Description

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager Legal (Dispute Management) will manage international dispute cases, oversee legal operations, and ensure compliance with global regulatory and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle dispute management for international clients/accounts
Review legal documents related to disputes, claims, and escalations
Coordinate with internal teams, legal counsels, and external stakeholders
Ensure timely resolution of disputes as per legal and SLA requirements
Monitor legal risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and case summaries
Support audits, compliance checks, and legal documentation reviews

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of dispute management and legal operations
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
Knowledge of international legal standards and compliance
