Learning Consultant (instructional Designer & Sap Enablenow) - Senior @ EY

Job Description

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurugram, Noida, Kolkata, Kochi, Trivandrum, Pune.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs
• Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities
• Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or associate degree with 4 - 9 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Instructional Design & SAP EnableNow
• Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.
• Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines
