Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and result-driven HR Recruiters who have hands-on experience in BPO / Volume Hiring. The role demands high ownership, quick turnaround time, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.



Role: HR Recruiter (BPO Bulk Hiring)
Experience: Min. 6 Months- 4 Years
Salary: 18,000- 30,000 + Lucrative Incentives

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BPO roles (Voice / Non-Voice / Blended processes)
  • Handle bulk / mass hiring for customer support, telesales, technical support, and backend roles
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins
  • Conduct initial HR screening, assess communication skills, and evaluate candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams
  • Maintain daily interview pipelines, trackers, and recruitment MIS reports
  • Ensure quick closures within TAT and meet weekly & monthly hiring targets
  • Follow up with selected candidates till offer rollout and onboarding
  • Plan and execute walk-in drives, bulk hiring campaigns, and job fairs
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline

Eligibility Criteria:

  • UG/ Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 months experience in BPO / Volume Hiring
  • Strong understanding of call center hiring requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred

Working Details:

  • 5.5 Days Working
  • Day Shift (may extend based on hiring drives)
