Tele Caller Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller with STRICT EXPERIENCE IN IT SOLUTION SALES OR CYBER SECURITY SALES. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and supporting the sales pipeline for cybersecurity solutions targeting business clients
Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients (SMEs and enterprises)
Generate and qualify leads for cybersecurity products and services
Understand client requirements and position relevant IT/security solutions
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/BD team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate call and lead details
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
Coordinate with the UAE sales team for lead conversion suppor
Preferred candidate profile
MINIMUM 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SELLING IT-BASED SOLUTION PRODUCTS OR CYBER SECURITY (CS) SALES ONLY
STRICTLY NO OTHER SALES BACKGROUND WILL BE ACCEPTED
Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions (endpoint, network, managed services)
Strong communication skills in English (verbal)
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
Experience working with CRM tools (preferred)
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outbound calling
Based in India and willing to work for a UAE-based company
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience handling international clients (UAE/GCC is a plus)
Knowledge of B2B IT sales cycles
Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, business-friendly way
IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Candidates without a minimum of 2+ years of experience in selling IT-based solution products or cybersecurity sales will not be considered.
-All other profiles with non-relevant experience will be rejected.
