Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Chat Process in Gurugram. This role is ideal for graduates and freshers looking to start their career in the BPO/ITES industry, as well as candidates with prior experience in international chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively
Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and quality parameters

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline
Freshers are welcome
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international chat process preferred for experienced roles
Excellent written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: Up to 23,000 CTC per month
Experienced Candidates: Up to 29,000 CTC per month
