Job Title: Python Software Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with Python frameworks, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps)
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud or on-prem environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON
• Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Familiarity with Git / version control systems
• Understanding of Linux/Unix environments

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (PyTest, unittest)

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus
