Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Success / CRM Operations Analyst to manage CRM operations, customer accounts, ticketing workflows, and support global enterprise customers. The role works closely with Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure smooth post-sales experience and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts, users, and access in CRM/ticketing tools
  • Create, track, and manage support tickets and ensure SLA adherence
  • Support licensing, RMAs, and customer entitlement validation
  • Assist Sales/Account teams with contract and renewal checks
  • Coordinate with global teams for issue resolution

Required Skills

  • 3-5 yrs in Customer Support / Customer Success / Service Desk / CRM Operations
  • Experience with Salesforce / ServiceNow / Freshdesk / Remedy (any)
  • Knowledge of user management, SLAs, licensing, contracts
  • Basic technical knowledge: Windows/Linux, IP, DNS, VPN
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
