Major Roles and
Responsibilities
The Position will be required to handle a team of 3-4 Safety officers and is accountable for managing all safety aspects of Projects sites, spread across multiple cities and towns so as to ensure a safe , accident free work environment meeting all statutory compliances . A Typical Project site (build up area of 40,000 SFT approx.) could involve green field construction and/or fit outs of ready build/leased properties. The job broadly entails training of Site Teams (Project Execution Managers), contractors and their teams on all site related safety aspects and safety audit from time to time , so as to institute corrective measures proactively.
The candidates will have :-
- Good understanding of site safety requirements , processes, industry best practices and statutory compliances to be met.
- Ability to conduct training and safety audits.
- Good communication skills , be a team player and be willing to travel from base location.
