Senior Retail Sales Executive @ Berger Paints

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd (British Paints Div). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.


• Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to stay ahead of the competition.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.


• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally.

Job Requirements
