We have an exciting job opportunity for Customer Support Executive International Voice Process (US Healthcare)


Location: Chennai

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM)

Transport: Two-way cab provided

Salary: Best in the industry


Role: Customer Support Executive US Healthcare

Experience: 6 months 4 years

Process: International Voice


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US healthcare customers
  • Provide support regarding insurance, billing, and claims queries
  • Maintain high-quality customer service and communication
  • Document call details and update system records

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience in international voice process preferred
  • Basic knowledge of US healthcare / payer operations is an added advantage
