Client Name : TP Solar Limited (a subsidiary of Tata Power)

Location: Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli, TN
Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers welcome)

1. Role Objective

Transform raw workforce data from the manufacturing plant into actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency, track training outcomes for the large female-centric workforce, and ensure labor compliance for the 24/7 facility.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Workforce Analytics: Collect and analyze data on employee attendance, turnover rates, and productivity metrics specific to the solar module production lines.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain HR dashboards using MS Excel or Power BI to present real-time insights on shift management and absenteeism to plant leadership.
• Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring the plant remains 100% compliant with the Factories Act and local labor laws by maintaining digital records of safety training and audits.
• Recruitment Coordination: Analyze sourcing channels to optimize the hiring of local youth and women for the plants specialized renewable energy roles.
• Employee Engagement: Design and evaluate surveys to measure morale, specifically addressing challenges related to repetitive manufacturing tasks.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA in HR or Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.
• Technical: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify trends in large datasets and propose cost-saving policy changes.
• Language: Fluency in Tamil and English is highly preferred for effective communication with the local plant workforce.

4. Compensation & Benefits

• Benefits: Includes Provident Fund (PF), health insurance, Transport & Food.
• Salary up 25 CTC / Month
