Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd (British Paints Div). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Senior Retail Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the retail industry, including current trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales management software.
