 Senior Retail Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.


Job Requirements



  • Proven experience in retail sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, including negotiation and persuasion techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software applications.
