Role Overview
Were looking for a Technical Associate Project Manager who can own product execution end-to-end and ensure ideas translate into shipped features.
This is not a coordination roleyoull be expected to think, solve problems, and drive outcomes. Youll work closely with founders and engineering teams to manage sprints, unblock issues, and deliver high-quality releases on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage sprint boards (Jira / ClickUp) to ensure smooth execution
- Break down requirements into clear, actionable tasks
- Proactively identify and solve issues before escalation
- Work closely with developers to unblock tasks and maintain momentum
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timelines are met
- Align cross-functional teams for clarity and execution
- Contribute to product discussions and technical trade-offs
- Occasionally interact with clients for requirement clarity or issue resolution
What Were Looking For
- 46 years of experience in project coordination or product execution roles
- Strong ownership mindsetsomeone who drives work independently
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Good understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows
- Working knowledge of APIs, logs, workflows, and basic debugging
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams
- Experience with integration-based or SaaS products is a strong plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
