Technical Project Manager / Engineering Manager @ ValueLabs

Job Description

Project Management Skills -
1. Over all 15+ years of experience with 7+ years of IT project management experience - PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM/PSM certification required
2. Proven track record of delivering complex software projects with .NET background on time and within budget
3. Must be technically hands-on and must have strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
4. Proficiency with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Confluence) and preferance for candidates who has exposure on delivering AI related projects.
5. Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
6. Budget management experience for projects ranging $500K - $5M+
7. Strong understanding of SDLC and software development best practices Soft Skills
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
10. Leadership and team motivation capabilities
11. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
12. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
13. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
