Responsibilities

What Youll DoOwn end-to-end delivery for a PLM portfolio centered on TeamcenterManage a portfolio of 610 clients with revenue responsibility of USD 35M per quarterLead and mentor large delivery teams (50+ members)Act as the primary customer interface, managing senior client stakeholdersDrive delivery governance, account health, financials, and risk managementEnsure high-quality execution across PLM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and AMSPartner with internal sales and leadership for account growth and strategic initiatives

Technical and Professional Requirements:

What Were Looking For15+ years of overall experience, with strong exposure to delivery leadership rolesHands-on experience with PLM platforms, Teamcenter is mandatoryProven track record in PLM implementations, support, or large engineering programsPrior experience managing portfolio programs and large revenue accountsStrong customer management, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skillsAbility to operate independently at a senior leadership levelLocation Work ModelIt can be any location in India where we have DC, but Bangalore or Pune preferred
