Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined, high-integrity Security Officer with a background in the EX Armed Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force) or Paramilitary forces. This role is designed for a veteran who can leverage their tactical training, situational awareness, and leadership skills to maintain a secure environment for our personnel, assets, and premises.
Experience in manufacturing plants(Like Automotive / Engineering / Manufacturing)
Core Responsibilities
- Surveillance & Patrolling: Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols of the facility to ensure perimeter integrity and identify security breaches.
- Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, and oversee visitor management protocols with professional military bearing.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first responder in case of fire, medical emergencies, or security threats, implementing evacuation and lockdown procedures.
- Incident Reporting: Maintain detailed daily logs and draft precise incident reports for management review.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior security staff, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the operational readiness of security tech, including CCTV systems, fire alarms, and communication gear.
