Role Brief:
We are seeking a data-driven and customer-focused professional to drive app growth, user engagement, and retention.
This role will own the end-to-end user lifecycle from onboarding to reactivation by optimizing the in-app journey, delivering personalized experiences, and leveraging data insights to maximize user lifetime value and revenue.
- Own and design end-to-end user lifecycle journeys: onboarding
activation engagement retention reactivation
- Continuously optimize each stage of the lifecycle to improve user
experience and conversion
- Design and execute multi-channel engagement strategies (push
notifications, WhatsApp, email, in-app messaging)
- Develop behavior-triggered campaigns based on user actions such as
onboarding progress, inactivity, and feature usage
- Make the onboarding process simple so users quickly understand how
to use the app
- Improve engagement metrics such as session frequency, time spent, and feature adoption
- Identify churn signals and implement proactive retention strategies
- Perform behaviour analysis to understand retention trends across user
segments
- Develop and execute win-back campaigns for inactive or dormant users
- Increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through targeted upsell and
cross-sell initiatives
- Continuously monitor and optimize retention metric
