We are hiring Fresher/Experienced candidates for Chat Support at Teleperformance Malad West, Mumbai! If you're looking to kickstart your career in a global process with excellent learning opportunities, this is the perfect role for you.

Position: Chat Support Executive

Shift: (Rotational shifts /Night Shift)

Office Location-

Teleperformance Towers, 1406-A/ 28, Malad, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400104

It's a work from office job.

Eligibility Criteria-

Freshers/ Experienced candidates are welcome
International BPO experience = added advantage
Comfortable with night shifts/rotational shifts
Immediate joiners required this week.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to global customer queries via chat, & email
Provide clear, easy to understand technical assistance
Register complaints & offer suitable resolutions
Maintain accurate CRM updates
Deliver excellent customer experience
