Role & responsibilities
As SF Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects across different modules, core being Employee Central. This role requires strong functional knowledge in Employee Central, combined with proven project management expertise, to manage complex, multi-country HR transformations involving diverse statutory, payroll, and compliance requirements. The role will partner closely with Global HR, IT, integration teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful design, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors landscape.
Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations across multiple regions.
- Define project plans, milestones, governance models, risk logs, and communication plans for global EC rollouts.
- Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery quality across parallel country deployments.
Employee Central Functional
- Act as the functional SPOC for Employee Central, covering:
- Foundation Objects, Events, RBP, Workflow, Standard functionalities, Integration challenges.
- Ensure EC configuration aligns with global HR policies, local statutory requirements, and audit/compliance needs, as reflected in formal BRDs and scope documents.
- Work with regional HR teams to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements while maintaining global design consistency.
Integration, Data & Quality Assurance
- Oversee integrations between Employee Central and downstream systems (e.g., Payroll, SAP S/4HANA, SAC, third-party applications).
- Govern data migration activities, reconciliation, and validation for historical and active employee data.
- Drive change management activities, including communication plans, training strategies, and release readiness.
- Ensure smooth transition to L2/L3 support teams.
- Support post-go-live optimization, enhancements.
Compliance, Brand Management, and Market Intelligence
- Ensure compliance with the companys information security policies and procedures.
- Enhance the company profile and brand image through strategic initiatives and sustained business development efforts.
- Conduct market intelligence activities to stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.

- Promote judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)
- Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
a. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

Education
- Masters/postgraduate or global equivalent degree in Human Resources.
Experience
- 4 8 years experience using the relevant or any other SF/ HRIS Application.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors as an admin user, with experience in implementation and post-implementation support.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Gen AI, along with the ability to understand complex organizational structures and work with analytical tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with vendors to resolve region-specific business queries.
