We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Guidewire Billing Tester with strong experience in Guidewire BillingCenter to ensure the quality and reliability of billing system implementations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in functional and integration testing within the P&C insurance domain, along with a solid understanding of billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing for Guidewire BillingCenter implementations
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements
- Validate billing workflows, including invoices, payments, agency billing, direct billing, and commissions
- Test Guidewire configurations such as business rules, workflows, and billing cycles
- Perform API and integration testing (SOAP/REST services, messaging queues)
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA/ALM and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders for requirement clarification and defect management
- Participate in UAT support and release validation activities
- Ensure adherence to test processes, quality standards, and best practices
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Development
- Proficiency in Gosu, Guidewire configuration (PCF, Business Rules, Data Model)
- Experience with Guidewire Integration (SOAP/REST, Messaging)
- Solid understanding of Claims lifecycle in P&C Insurance
- Experience with Java, XML, SQL
- Knowledge of Guidewire Best Practices and Data Model
Good to Have
- Guidewire Certification (ClaimCenter Developer)
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud / Guidewire Digital
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance tuning and batch processes
Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
