Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an HR partner to business teams and provide support on day-to-day HR matters.
- Assist in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, engagement, performance discussions, and exits.
- Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and people-related queries.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help build a positive work culture.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Maintain and analyze HR data and reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Support implementation of HR programs, learning initiatives, and organizational development activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 13 years of experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
