What would you do
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and security of workforce data through tasks like data entry, validation, maintenance, and reporting.Data entry in HR1S and managing service request via Oracle HelpdeskUpdate HR1S systems, which include, but not limited to internal and client-based applications with HR transactions Double-check all work before submission to ensure accuracyStick to established processes and guidelines to ensure consistent, accurate results, leverage tools, checklists, or templates provided to ensure work is done correctlyReviews all input to ensure data is compliant with standard operation procedure practicesCommunicate with the requestor via Helpdesk to receive accurate information to proceed with the service requestExtract, Analyse and Deliver the output report to ensure data has been processed accuratelyComplete tasks within the assigned time frame (SLA) to ensure timely deliveryMust have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured. e.g. SLA, KPI Effective communication and teamwork abilitiesAttention to detail and the ability to manage BAUAct on feedback provided by supervisors or SMEs to improve your accuracy and efficiency moving forwardComplete Accenture and Clients mandatory training but not limited to TQ, DQ, Ethics and Compliance, CTD and ensuring full adherence to developmental trainingsAdhere to the escalation matrix when uncertain about the process or the content of a service request. Seek guidance and clarification from the Analyst or Senior Analyst as neededThe design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for
Any Graduate or Postgraduate6-12 months of experience in Human Resources Operations (HRO), with expertise in Workplace Benefits Administration (WBA), Compensation Management, and Performance Management is a plusBasic Knowledge on MS Office like Word, Excel, Outlook, Webmail and good command over EnglishThe role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights, to ensure seamless data managementMaintain the highest level of confidentiality by strictly adhering to client data protection policies and legal standards, ensuring all sensitive information is securely handled.Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to handle multiple data-related responsibilities.Quickly learning new HR processes, tools, and technologiesWorkdayAdaptable and flexibleProblem-solving skillsWritten and verbal communication
