Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer experience targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service or International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply (as per company requirements).
- Experience in BPO, Customer Support, Customer Care, Technical Support, or Voice Process.
- Exposure to US, UK, Australia, or International customer support processes
