Job Description
- Provide legal advice and support on various corporate and media laws, including but not limited to IPR, Data Protection, Advertisement Regulations, and other related compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including vendor agreements, Media agreements, event agreements, and licensing agreements.
- Manage litigation cases, coordinating with external legal counsel and internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
- Handle and resolve complaints before Authority and Enforcement agencies
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, and corporate policies.
- Provide proactive risk assessment and advise business units to mitigate legal risks.
- Work closely with various departments to provide legal guidance on projects and business strategies.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure the company is compliant with new legal developments.
- LLB or equivalent degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Laws, Media Laws, Data Protection, Labour laws and Advertisement
- Regulations.
- Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
- Experience in litigation management- labour Dispute, Media cases including handling external legal counsel and
- court procedures.
- Strong exposure of handling and resolving complaints before Enforcement agencies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
